At the Gonzales' residence, Belen Gonzales (Gina Pareno) together with Rosario Galang (Erich Gonzales) and Pikoy (Louise Abuel) prayed for Juan Dela Cruz's (Coco Martin) safety. Everybody are bothered towards Juan's disappearance wherein they feared what might happen to Juan again. While Belen together with Rosario and Pikoy prayed for Juan's safety, a friend of Queenie (MC) listened to them and was very shocked knowing that Juan is missing. Queenie called Laura Alejandro (Zsa Zsa Padilla) and informed her that Juan is currently missing. Meanwhile, at the Police precinct, Mikael "Kael" Reyes (Aaron Villaflor) talked to his colleague wherein he expressed how disappointed he is to his father, Samuel Alejandro (Albert Martinez), who believed that he is responsible of Juan's disappearance again. Meanwhile, Father Julian "Jules" Dela Cruz (Eddie Garcia) caught a Vampire which he believed knows where he could find Juan. Unfortunately, the Vampire have no idea where Juan is and who took Juan. While everybody are desperate to find Juan, Juan is imprisoned inside an abandoned building by Samuel. Samuel wants to protect Juan from those who wanted to kill him.
